Margot Escott

Margot has been teaching people to play and laugh for over 30 years. She is a psychotherapist and has worked with many people with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners in her practice. Her father was diagnosed with PD in 1993 and she was his care partner until he passed. She has been involved with the local Parkinson’s Association for 30 years and has led support groups and given talks. She loves teaching improv games and helping people laughter and find joy. She has a Improv for Parkinson’s group that meets weekly for over 7 years and it is the highlight of her week. She has been awarded Social Worker of the Year twice by the Florida National Association of Social Workers. She lives in Naples, Fl. with her husband and dog, Dr. Winston O’Boogie!
