A full body challenging workout to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. Light weights optional.
Classes will be modified to any level for all participants that attend.
Please bring any supports necessary to support your workout.
Please have a chair, water bottle and any other necessary items to ensure a safe experience are suggested.
Please consult a physician prior to this or any exercise program. You agree that you are participating at your own risk in a non-gym unsupervised environment. Therefore, our coaching staff cannot be held liable for accident of injury incurred by participation in this at home program. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded sit down immediately and stop exercising. Please create a safe space to move in and make any modifications necessary to your specific needs and body.
